  1. This is release 1.40 of ATP, it includes many new features,
  2. numerous bug fixes and a general clean-up of the code. It should
  3. compile without error on systems supporting ANSI/POSIX standard C.
  4. No oddball calls are used. K&R is NOT supported. ATP is 
  5. distributed under the terms of the Free Software Foundation GNU 
  6. General Public License. In other words, it is copyrighted but freely
  7. distributable under conditions contained in the GPL.

  29. * message size of up to 150,000 bytes (about 2500 to 3000 lines).

  33. * strict ANSI/POSIX compliance with full function prototyping for
  34.   reliablity and portability.
